Spark Plug Inspection, Cleaning & Gap Test
Each spark plug is removed, visually inspected for fouling, erosion, or abnormal wear patterns, cleaned, and gap-tested to manufacturer specifications. Plug condition is one of the most reliable indicators of what's happening inside each cylinder — we document findings for every plug.
Why it matters
Worn or fouled plugs cause misfires, rough running, and increased fuel consumption. Catching them early prevents in-flight surprises.
Borescope Inspection of All Cylinders
Using a high-resolution borescope, we inspect the interior of every cylinder — examining the cylinder walls, piston tops, intake and exhaust valves for scoring, corrosion, carbon buildup, or mechanical damage. Every cylinder is indexed and photographed.
Why it matters
You receive a complete set of borescope images, organized by cylinder number, so you have a visual record of your engine's internal condition at the time of inspection.
Cylinder Compression Test
A differential compression test is performed on all cylinders to measure the sealing efficiency of each cylinder's rings, valves, and head gasket. Results are recorded and compared against manufacturer limits.
Why it matters
Low compression is an early warning sign of cylinder wear or valve issues. Catching it early gives you options — waiting until it fails leaves you with fewer.
Oil Change with Oil Analysis
We perform a full oil and filter change using 8 quarts of oil, and your used oil is collected in an included analysis kit and sent to an accredited laboratory for spectrometric analysis. The lab tests for the presence of metals, contaminants, and wear particles that are invisible to the naked eye.
Why it matters
You receive a full oil analysis report directly — detailing metal particle counts, contamination levels, and trend data that can reveal bearing wear, cylinder issues, or piston degradation long before symptoms appear.
